1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, requesting services, or engaging Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC (“Allegry,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

These Terms comply with applicable Massachusetts consumer protection laws, including Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection Act).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services within Massachusetts, including but not limited to:

  • Recurring residential cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services as agreed in writing

All services are governed by written estimates, service agreements, or invoices issued to the Client.

3. Pricing and Estimates

3.1 Estimates

Estimates are based on information provided by the Client. If actual property conditions differ, pricing adjustments may be required and will be communicated before completion of service.

3.2 Taxes

Applicable Massachusetts sales taxes will be charged where required by law.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due prior or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and Cash.
  • Late payments may incur interest consistent with Massachusetts law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

In compliance with Massachusetts consumer protection standards:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to service.
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50–100% of the scheduled service fee.
  • If access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.

For certain residential contracts signed in-home, Clients may have a 3-day right of rescission under Massachusetts Home Solicitation Sales laws (if applicable).

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe, lawful access to the property.
  • Secure pets.
  • Remove or secure hazardous materials, biohazards, weapons, or illegal substances.
  • Disclose known mold, infestations, structural issues, or environmental hazards.

Allegry reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions violate OSHA safety standards or pose a health risk.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
  • Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion and in compliance with Massachusetts consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Massachusetts law:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear.
  • We are not responsible for fragile or high-value items not disclosed prior to service.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

9. Damage Claims

Clients must report damage within 24 hours of service.

If damage is determined to be caused by our staff:

  • We may repair the item,
  • Replace the item with one of comparable value, or
  • Provide reimbursement at fair market value.

10. Insurance

Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC maintains:

  • General Liability Insurance

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

11. Access and Security

If keys, alarm codes, or entry credentials are provided:

  • We will take reasonable security measures.
  • We are not liable for third-party misuse outside our control.
  • Clients are encouraged to update alarm codes periodically.

12. Employment Compliance

Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC complies with:

  • Massachusetts Wage Act (M.G.L. c.149)
  • Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Law
  • Federal and Massachusetts labor laws

Our cleaning professionals are properly classified in accordance with Massachusetts regulations.

13. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully
  • Attempt to interfere with website security
  • Submit false or misleading booking information

14. Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to provide services and process payments. We do not sell personal data.

If serving Massachusetts residents, we comply with applicable data protection standards and take reasonable safeguards under 201 CMR 17.00 (Massachusetts Data Security Regulation).

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather (including snow emergencies common in Massachusetts)
  • Natural disasters
  • Government orders
  • Public health emergencies
  • Power outages

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved:

  • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Venue shall be proper in the county where services were performed or where the Company maintains its principal place of business.

Nothing herein waives rights under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

17. Modifications

Allegry Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
