Our Services

Allegry provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Metro Boston. Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed with you before a booking. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described.

Booking, Scheduling, and Access

• Bookings are confirmed once we agree on a date, time, and scope of work.
• You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If our team cannot access the property or is turned away at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are made in writing. Payments are handled through our secure third-party payment providers. Any applicable taxes will be added where required.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or same-day changes may be subject to a fee. Specific notice windows and any fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not constitute a cash refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your Responsibilities

• Secure or set aside valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before your appointment.
• Inform us in advance of any hazards, pets, alarms, or special conditions at the property.
• Provide accurate information about the space so we can deliver an accurate quote and service.

Liability

We take care to treat your home or business with respect. In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused directly by our team’s negligence, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and address it fairly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allegry is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues arising from conditions we were not informed of. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Photos of Our Work

We may take before-and-after photos of the work performed for quality and, with your permission, for marketing. We will not photograph personal items or identifying details, and we will honor any request not to photograph your space.

The content on this website is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All logos, text, and design elements are the property of Allegry and may not be copied without permission.
